Review about Charlotte apartments
Charlotte is one of the largest cities in the United States located in North Carolina. Its total population, including all the counties, reaches approximately 2.5 million people. Many large world-known corporations are either headquartered there or hold their large offices in Charlotte: some of them include Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Charlotte Bobcats, Carolina Panthers, etc. The importance of the city consists with its ever-growing fame and importance. With is much declining crime rate, Charlotte is becoming a safer by each year as the police enforcement is growing. Apartment burglaries happen to be one of the most rare crimes in Charlotte and for most of the time nonexistent.
Apartments and their prices
Many of the and apartments in Charlotte are no more than 50-60 years old. In addition, starting from 2000 many apartments were built, most of them completing by 2005-06, right before the economic recession. Apartments in Charlotte range in prices but considering, for instance, an apartment for a six member family, an average price for a three bedroom apartment would cost $800-850. Most of the apartments with this price would offer to bring animals. Of course, one could find cheaper apartments, but less closer to many main structures (supermarkets, schools). Those apartments would range $700-760 for three bedroom apartment. Two bedroom apartments are significantly chapter and could range $700-730 for the ones that are closer to the center and $ 660-690 for two bedrooms a bit farther from main social structures. One bedrooms are perhaps the easiest to find in the area: usually their prices start from 480 and could go as high as 580 depending on its age and where its located.
In 2005 the crime rate has dramatically declined due to strong police enforcement that had a particular focus on apartment burglaries and car thefts. As mentioned, apartment burglaries have become a rarity. Also, it created a volunteer program that is called “Citizens on Patrol” when unpaid volunteers offer assistance to Charlotte Police Department by giving them tips and/or assisting them with labor. Also, due to its heavy walking population, the Charlotte Police Department introduced Bike Patrol in 1991 which has become a much efficient and easier way to fight crime. Statistically, this has decreased the crime rate.
